Subject:    Eden Nylen,  Settlement

22nd November 2025

Dear Michael,

This is my third attempt to obtain a response regarding the matter of Ms. Eden Nylen, my late cousin Philippa Seilern’s housekeeper in Monte Carlo.  As my previous letters were ignored, I am sending this one by registered mail.

The attached Settlement reflects Philippa’s clearly expressed intentions and a basic moral obligation toward a woman who served our family faithfully for more than thirty years.

What should have been handled with decency has instead been met with silence.

The facts are not in dispute:

1. Philippa intended to provide for Eden.

Shortly before her death, while severely impaired, Mr. Blöchlinger visited Philippa in Monte Carlo with documents prepared by your office.

During that meeting Philippa personally gave Mr. Blöchlinger Eden’s IBAN, which he read aloud and confirmed while pointing at Philippa (“Is that her?”).

This is not a trivial detail: Mr. Blöchlinger left that meeting in full possession of Eden’s bank details.

There is only one possible reason for this. Philippa meant for Eden to be properly provided for  through the foundation you administer.

2. These intentions were disregarded.

After Philippa’s death, the assets in her Stiftung disappeared without explanation. Eden received nothing. For seven years she has survived on €1,900/month plus my personal contribution of CHF 2,000.This is not an administrative oversight — it is a breach of trust.

3. Eden was treated disgracefully.

Within days of Philippa’s death, my nephew Peter (PS Jr.) expelled her from the apartment in Monte Carlo, denied her re-entry, and left her without income or support.

The treatment of a grieving, loyal, and financially vulnerable woman was unacceptable..

4. This is not a matter of  Liechtenstein law, secrecy or foundation governance.

It is simply a matter of honouring Philippa’s intention and doing what basic decency requires.

I am not contesting the broader administration of the foundation;  My concern is Eden Nylen.

I will pursue this matter until Eden receives what Philippa intended for her.

With best regards,

signpseirlern

Conditions

November, 2025

Purpose

This Settlement Agreement is made in good faith and with the intention of honouring the wishes of the late Philippa Seilern (1948-2018).
Its objective is to ensure that Ms Eden Nylen, Philippa's long-time housekeeper, and trusted companion, receives the financial security and dignity that Philippa intended for her.
These provisions, foreseen and expressed by Philippa during her lifetime, were never fulfilled. This settlement will restore her intentions fairly and respectfully.

Background

Following Philippa's death in January 2018, it became apparent that her estate-held within a Liechtenstein foundation administered by Industrie und Finanzkontor Etablissement (Vaduz)-had not been distributed in accordance with her wishes.
The failure to provide for Ms Nylen, who had loyally served the Seilern family for more than three decades, represents a serious moral and fiduciary lapse that this initiative aims to correct.
